I understand a few people didn't get one but have requested one to fill in. If so, please PM either me or Steve your e-mail address and we'll send you a copy electronically.

Alternatively, if you're not a member of this forum but would like a copy, e-mail Steve Rees steven@startrax.info and we'll send you a copy to complete and return.

UPDATE

The questionnaire is now available to download from the home page of this site. Simply click the link and print off.

Completed questionnaires can be handed in to the sweet stall, which will be at Coventry on Saturday and found under the grandstand at all Startrax events. You will also be able to pick up a copy to complete from the sweet stall at Startrax events.

In addition to this, you can post them back to Startrax. The address to return them to is on the questionnaire.

A draw will take place at BV on 15/11/09 and with one lucky winner receiving a season ticket to Startrax's 2010 events. In addition 9 pairs of tickets to a 2010 event will also be given away. (please note - 1 entry per person)

So give us your views!

Additional - if you're heading to the Wainmans this weekend, bring along your questionnaire and Steve will more than happy to take it off your hands!

That's what I call a cunning plan with only one drawback....

Aha! Well Mr Hesketh, I have anticipated this problem and as a result, there will be questionnaires to collect from the sweetstall at future Startrax events. You can fill it in and hand it back - schimples!

All except this Sunday - I have to go christening so won't make this meeting, but Steve may be able to bring along a few copies for completion at this event?

The downloadable one is in PDF format, thus I can't edit it with my answers. Have you got it as a Word document?

That is its point Carl
if it was put up on the website as a form then anyone could fill it in and send it to the office there would be loads of daft ones being sent in and wouldnt give a true reflection

by having to print it out and fill it in then either hand it in on a meeting or send it to the office we know that the answers are real and not someone being daft ( if someone takes the time to do this we know that they have a genuine interest in startrax product)

Don't worry, there will be a supply of paper copies available from the sweetstall at the British Champs for those who don't have a printer or can't download.

Bumping this topic up to remind everyone that you can pick up a copy of the questionnaire from the sweet stall in front of the main grandstand on Sunday.

You can also hand in your completed copy at the sweet stall as well. And remember to complete the details at the bottom of the questionnaire to be entered in to the prize draw for a season ticket and nine pairs of tickets for a 2010 startrax event.

I think one question had a missing option. Main criteria for attending a Startrax event? There's no box for "life long fan".

I meant to mention this earlier.... Embarassed

The 'home' button just takes you to the front page of the forum, not the home page of the Startrax website. scratch

As far as I can tell, the only way to get from this forum to the main Startrax page is to type www.startrax.info into the address bar, or select it from your Bookmarks.

Might be something to think about?

BTW Wolfy, get a proper spam filter. study
