To answer a couple of queries.

As has been advised, the F2 date allocated for the 11th October at Belle Vue alongside the F1 British Championship has been replaced by Spedeworth Saloon Stock Cars for a trial event and a sufficiently attractive number of cars has been promised.

This meeting for F2 Stock Cars was always going to be a limited entry event

After discussion with Spedeworth earlier in the year the opportunity arose to trial this formula with a perfect number of cars for this meeting whereas there would have been problems in selecting who should/shouldnot race F2 wise - and we believe the Saloons will be well received by the F1 audience.

Rather than merely cancel the F2 date outright we thought it fair to replace it on tuesday 11th August although, as Skegness was already scheduled, in fairness we restricted entries to White & Yellow tops only.

There will be a limit on cars for this event so please book in asap.
