| Evening all, I am after you help, now that I have taken over the running of the Ben Fund I am in the process of sorting out a BriSCA F2 Awards/Presentation/Ben Fun Night after the end of the 2008 season.
Some details on this event will be released in the first newsletter of the season which should be dropping through your door in the not to distant future.
Where does your help come in, well I am trying to judge how many of you would be interested in attending. The night will be strictly shirt and tie, its one night of the year and it will be good to see you men in something other than racing gear.
It will be a centrally held event, could you just say either yes or no so that I can judge how many of you would consider attending.
If you also wish to post how many you think if you did attend would be in your party then that information too would also be very much appreciated.

| The Ben Fund page on BriscaF2.com has now been updated with information on when and where this event is being held along with ticket prices.
Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis and once they are gone then they are gone.
If anyone should wish to purchase any before the online payment method is available then please contact me and I will let you have details of where to send your payment too.

| The BSCDA Awards Night will be taking place in on 6 December at the Britannia Royal Court Hotel Coventry, this night will also be used to raise funds for the Ben Fund.
Tickets are priced as follows
£30.00 for adults and Children over the age of 13
£15.00 for Children 13 and under.
Room rates for people wishing to stay overnight at the Royal Court Hotel are
Single £65.00
Double/Twin £80.00
Family £90.00
All rates are per night inclusive of breakfast and vat.
All reduced price tickets that were on offer during April have now been sold. Check the Ben Fund Section on BriscaF2.com in May for the next available special offier.
Tickets can be brought online through BriscaF2.com or they will be available from myself this coming Saturday at Birmingham.

| We currently have another special offer on tickets for the awards night, the first 50 tickets sold in May will be at £25.00 each.
If you want to grab a bargain and save yourself a bit of cash then get them now. Ask the Sworder party how much money they have saved by purchasing early.
I don't know if the tickets will be offered at a reduced price after this month.

| That correct, at this rate it is definitly going to be a who's who of Stock Car Racing.
As I keep saying its not just drivers and promotors, it can be spectators, grannies, grandads, aunts, uncles, mechanic and even sponsors if you so wish.
We are hoping that it will be a night to remember and one that will be repeated.
There are a few surprises up our sleves but if you want to know what they are then you will need to be in attendance on the night especially if you want to see the something special.
